The Talent Development Programme (TDP) is a year-long programme designed to provide a high-quality, competitive, and engaging environment that empowers aspiring players and passionate coaches to achieve their full potential. It offers a challenging, yet enjoyable, setting where players can grow, and coaches can prepare them for the demands of modern football. Emphasising long-term growth, the programme integrates consistent training and competitive games, guided by the club's core values, coaching methodology, playing principles, and commitment to long-term development.
The TDP is a year-long programme. Following the Talent ID Phase, the TDP begins midway through term 1 and finishes at the end of term 4. All players in the TDP are expected to commit to the full year when accepting a place in the programme.
Players in the TDP are focused on maximising their development as players and have a desire to compete at the highest level.

Players are required to attend sessions in IBU TDP training uniform, which consists of:
2 x Nike Park Tops - 1 x Black & 1 x Gold
2 x Nike Cushion Socks - 1 x Black & 1 x Gold
Black Nike Park Shorts
1 x Sigma Rain Jacket
Once participation in the TDP is confirmed, you will be provided with a squad number.
